Our shipping policy and fees are designed to ensure you pay only what is required. We want your business. Our fee structure allows for a set fee for each cart, no matter how many items, and then a specific additional fee for each item added to the cart. For example:

Shipping fees for individual items vary depending on their weight and size, where shipping costs are determined by the carrier used to ship (Canada Post), plus any additional handling such as extra wrapping needed, for more delicate items

Our shipping fees do NOT include any customs, brokerage, or additional costs. Only shipping costs are included. HelenKirkup.com and HMK Consultants will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Responsibility for any other costs is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is of particular importance where the purchaser is located in a country other than Canada. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Please ensure you are aware of these costs at your end, to avoid unpleasant surprises.

We normally ship within 3-5 days. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup. since we ship via the least expensive carrier possible, we do not offer tracking of your shipment.
